Customer's License. MobileWebAppBusSolutions hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable right and license, during the Term to use the software, tools, features, and services that are provided as part of the Services solely to create, use, distribute and administer the Mobile App(s).
